About the site
The website was created by the Ukrainian Women's Fund as a platform for gathering and disseminating knowledge and experience in implementing UN Security Council Resolution 1325 “Women, Peace, and Security” in Ukraine.
We strive to make this topic understandable and accessible — to show how the principles of the Resolution are being implemented in practice, what changes are already taking place, and who is driving these processes.
We collect, structure, and publish information about women's participation in conflict resolution and peacebuilding, gender-sensitive governance, and the role of civil society and state institutions in implementing the principles of equality, security, and justice.
Our resource is for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of how the National Action Plan 1325 is being implemented in Ukraine: from national strategies to local initiatives, from regulatory documents to real stories and experiences from communities.
